Community-Based Employment Supports
The purpose of this program is to get people working! Opportunity Works provides employment supports to individuals who express a desire to explore and to obtain jobs within their community. The agency provides vocational assessment, career exploration, on-the-job training, job placement, follow-up, and supervision.
Center-Based Employment
Opportunity Works contracts with area companies to provide a variety of services which include packaging, assembly, sorting and quality control inspections.
A primary goal of this employment service is to teach individuals a variety of skills in order to prepare them for entering the work force at independent community work sites.
