Program Manager Newburyport

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required. 5 years experience following the degree including clinical experience. At least 2 years in a Developmentally Disabled program, at least 2 years in administrative positions, 2 years prior management experience preferred. Must have excellent verbal, written communication skills, computer and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van preferred. Crisis intervention training (i.e PAC) is favorable. CPR, First Aid and MAP certificates are preferred

Job Developer

Qualifications: Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, good self-direction and organizational skills and a professional appearance who likes problem solving, enjoys people and develops relationships easily, to assist job seekers with an array of interests and abilities to find suitable employment. The candidate will develop relationships with employers to address workforce needs and with job seekers to identify work interests, preferences, and skills. Preferred candidates will have experience working in the business community and with job seekers with diverse skills, abilities, and barriers to community employment.

Registered Nurse Newburyport

Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current Massachusetts License. Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in Developmental Disabilities. Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van preferred. Crisis intervention training (i.e. PAC) favorable. CPR, First Aid and MAP certification preferred

Deaf Supports Newburyport

Qualifications:  Considerable knowledge of deaf and hard-of-hearing practices including fluency in American Sign Language skills and how to instruct in a bilingual environment.  Valid drivers license and the ability to drive a van preferred. At least 2 years experience working with the developmental disabled population.

Development Specialists Specialized Staff Haverhill & Newburyport

Qualifications:   Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience working with the MR/DD population. A college degree and/or a C.N.A. certification is preferred.

Part Time Split Shifts Drivers

Qualifications:  Drivers must be at least 19 years of age. A Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record required. 3 years of driving experience. Must adhere to the agencies drug and alcohol testing policies. Be physically able to assist individuals entering and exiting vehicles. CPR, First Aid trained. MAP trained helpful. Crisis intervention training (i.e.PAC) favorable. If using your own vehicle you must have a current registration and insurance policy. Experience working with the MR/DD population preferred.
